The land is close to the main (A633) Rotherham Road and there are established public footpaths leading onto Rotherham Road / Helston Crescent which appear to cross over part of the plot being sold. A large Iceland Supermarket can be found further up the road and bus routes can be found on Rotherham Road and Burton Road.

The land may be overgrown. Buyers must first seek written permission from the Council before cutting down any trees if they are found on the land.
