Planning permission was granted on the 18th April 2006 (Application No. S/153/00367/06) for erection of 2no. pairs of semi-detached dwellings on the land rear of 2 and 6, Vernon Road, Skegness. The planning permission was granted with the provision that lock up garages previously situated on the land were removed and the works were started within 3 years of permissions being granted. A letter from a planning information officer at East Lindsey District Council dated 8th April 2015, details ‘that the footings for the eastern plot have been dug according to the approved plans and are in the correct position. A building control application confirms that work started on the 4th September 2007, within the required time frame.’
