Subsequently once the time limit had expired an application was submitted in 2022 for 4 houses under application number 22/0304C which was reduced to 3 during the application process.
That application was refused at committee on the 12th January 2023 on the grounds of overdevelopment, despite a recommendation to approve from the planning officer.
