(buyers will note that plot 9 which was sold for £3001) immediately adjoins plots 8,10 and 11 which are being sold together in this auction".

Plots 8,10 and 11 which are being sold in this lot already benefit from use of a public footpath and a right of way. The plots may have alternative potential subject to all necessary permissions.

Please note that should your online offer be accepted at the end of the auction, you will have automatically entered into a Legally Binding Contract to buy the land as described in the lot at your final accepted bid. As stated in the auction sales contract, you are not allowed (under any circumstances) to withdraw or change your mind once the online auction has ended.

If you are the successful buyer, you will be required to immediately pay the full purchase price (if bought below £5,000) and also pay to the auctioneers their £1,000 plus vat administration fee (to Auction House South Yorkshire) by way of debit card payment or immediate same-day bank transfer to the auctioneers bank account. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available before the auction.

You will also be required to provide details for a firm of solicitors who will act for you who will deal with the post auction completion formalities to avoid any delay with completion.
